My team will guide you through every aspect of purchasing a new home.  Once you have established all your home requirements we will create a profile to help us track every new listing that may meet your needs. Several times a day we review the RMLS listings and contact you when a listing of interest appears. We network with other agents to inform us of exclusive listings.

When you identify properties you would like to see, we organize a tour to accommodate your schedule. In addition, we provide referrals for services ranging from home inspectors to bankers to house cleaners.  We measure our success by your satisfaction and therefore strive to understand your values in locating a perfect house to call home.

Through experience, I understand how to negotiate the best possible price and terms for you while protecting your best interests.  I am discreet with regard to how much information is revealed to the other parties regarding your motivation and where we stand in the process. It takes sensitivity, experience, and a sixth sense for how other people will respond, as well as bold confidence, in order to negotiate effectively.

The first step in listing a home is to prepare a CMA for our clients.  A CMA (Comparable Market Analysis) is the foundation for determining fair market value. My team does a thorough analysis of the market and I present our findings as part of the process. 


When selling your home, appearance and pricing are key factors. We are committed to providing you with the most effective ways to make your house look its best. My team will give you a complete list of items that need your attention to prepare your home, and then put the finishing touches together as we stage your listing. Additionally, we can recommend professional stagers for your use if the house is vacant.


You will be provided with a comprehensive marketing schedule outlining crucial dates. My marketing plan is active, highly coordinated and focused in order to maximize the likelihood of a sale. Our marketing support materials go beyond the conventional and include a video, extensive internet exposure on both real estate websites as well as social media outlets, "hosted" open houses, and print advertising.


Communication is crucial and we make sure we keep you informed with a weekly e-mail report detailing the previous week’s showings and market activity. Our goal is to attract and target the most interested buyers in order to obtain the highest return in the least amount of time.


the closing process

My office will guide you through all phases of your transaction.  Once you have an accepted offer, my transaction coordinator will provide you with a timeline showing all the important dates and deadlines.  We track all deadlines on a daily basis, to ensure that you are in compliance with the sales contract. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail.  Be assured that we will keep you informed at every stage of the escrow. You can expect the same high level of attention and service, from the start of our relationship until your transaction is closed.

If you are buying a home, we will send the sales contract to your lender, keep them advised of the status of the offer and get updates on the progress of your loan.  Once loan documents are received by the escrow company, we will schedule an appointment for you with the escrow officer to sign your loan documents. After the transaction closes, we will arrange for the key transfer.

If you are selling your home, we will open escrow at the title company.  We will contact the buyer’s lender to confirm the appraisal is satisfactory and that the transaction is moving smoothly through the underwriting process.

Again, as we move towards the closing date, we will contact you to set up an appointment to sign the closing documents with the escrow officer.  After closing, we will facilitate transfer of keys with the buyer.
